Delivery and Shipping

At HNbath.com, we make it easy and safe for you to receive your goods. We work with GLS to ensure fast and efficient delivery – both within Denmark, to EU countries, to Greenland & Faroe Islands, and the UK.

Delivery terms

• Small packages: 3–5 business days
• Larger shipments: 5–7 business days

Pallet deliveries are made to the curb, gate, or main entrance. The freight carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery time – so please remember to include your phone number when placing your order.

If you order an item with a longer delivery time, we will inform you in advance by email or phone as soon as the item is ready for dispatch.

 
Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight.

Important Upon Delivery

We recommend that you inspect your goods immediately upon receipt for any damage.
Visible damage (outer packaging damaged): must be noted on the delivery slip upon receipt.
Hidden damage (product damaged but packaging intact): contact us in writing within 7 calendar days, including photos of both the product and packaging.

Additional Information

For bank transfers, goods are shipped only after payment is received.
If a product is no longer available, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payments made.
